The outer islands in this section are Kadavu, some 50 miles south of Suva, Ovalau with the former capital, Levuka, and the outer islands including the famous Yasawa and Vatulele Islands. There is a wide range of accommodation to suit all tastes. Levuka has retained much of its late Victorian charm as well as worth a detour. Kadavu has a number of resorts specialising in scuba diving on its world renowned Astrolabe Reef. |
